Why are Soy Hulls so effective? When combined with sawdust, they create a nutritional environment so ideal for mushrooms that it leads to explosive fruiting and abundant yields. The result? Large, dense clusters of Oyster mushrooms that seem to compete with each other to emerge from the bag.

We recommend a 50-50 mix of Soy Hulls and sawdust for optimal growth. Too much Soy Hulls can make your substrate excessively nutrient-rich, increasing the risk of contamination or deformed mushrooms. However, using less than 50% could diminish the expected yield due to insufficient nutrition.

Damage during transit

For any items damaged during transit please contact us with in 5 days with photos so we can arrange immediate refund or replacement.


Cancellation

Cancellation is accepted until we have posted your items. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel your order.

Refund and Return Policy


Thankyou for your purchase. I hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return for a full or partial refund or exchange.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days. The mushroom kits are “alive” and must be returned ASAP, so they do not die and can be reused by growing the mushrooms ourselves. The box can be opened however, the kit must be unused and returned with all contents.

Return Process
To return an item please email me at brett@thatmushroomguy.com.au to get our return address. Sometimes we may not require the return but may ask for photos of the issue. If the return is for a change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of postage, and we ask that you use postage with tracking please.

Refund
After we have received your return or photos and inspected it, we will immediately process your refund, please allow up to 7 days for the processing time.
