Processing Time
We are working from Mon-Fri days. Our cutoff time is 2.00 pm, the processing time begins from the date you placed your order.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
2. Incorrect address details and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Order

Damage during transit
For any items damaged during transit please contact us with in 5 days with photos so we can arrange immediate refund or replacement.
Cancellation
Cancellation is accepted until we have posted your items. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel your order.
