We already harvested the pink oyster mushroom few times and the blue oyster just started fruiting as of today. I will order again and highly recommend others to purchase mushroom spawn from that mushroom guy.

I found the mushroom really easy to look after. At first I was frightened I was going to kill it as I can't even look after cat grass but being that I work from home and I spend time in the kitchen I am albe to give my mushroom the spritz that it needs 3 times a day. I also enjoyed watching it grow... Wow it grew so quickly especially after the initial growth spurt. I noticed how quickly it grows as I went out and came home and realisd how much it grew just after a few hours I was blown away. It is a beautiful looking mushroom and I am happy that I tried it. When it was ready to harvest I sliced it and fried it in butter and it tasted beautiful with a slight nutty flavour. I was able to store some in the fridge and wrapped it in some paper towel. So in another two weeks it will grow another batch of mushroom which is fantastic. Brett was really informative and helpful. What a great way to stay healthy. Thank you!

Cannot recommend That Mushroom Guy enough. The first kit we bought last year was incredibly productive and it was a lot of fun to watch them grow. We then bought a black king oyster kit for my mum for her birthday - unfortunately that kit did not work out so well (likely due to user error). I messaged Brett who provided some great advice to try to fix the situation which we tried but alas, we were too late to save it. No problems, That Mushroom Guy (Brett) Mushroom guarantee saw him then send a replacement kit at no cost with no questions asked. We also recently grew one of their pink oyster mushroom kits which exploded with fruit and was both delightful and delicious. Overall, great mushrooms and incredibly friendly and supportive service.

Absolutely fantastic. I call them the Winter White Wonders. They taste delicately beautiful with a full mushroom flavour that dances in your mouth once you bite into the delicate white wonders of the oyster mushroom.
I had never grown them before and true to note did exactly what the instructions said. Thank you we are still getting the first wonderful wonders and eating this delicacy. Perfect.

These mushrooms grew so amazingly quick. I would take a picture in the morning before work and then after work they had visibly grown. Sauteed mushrooms were fantastic, even though I harvested a little too late - caught me off-guard how fast they grew. Bought Lions mane next, which also did well. Brett is fantastic in responding to queries.
